VP Bank and AP Bank - 1500 Eur. Opening period is 2 weeks. The Director or an Attorney should arrive to Switzerland or to Lichtenstein. These bank require a deposit in the amount of 50 000 to 100 000 Eur on an on-going basis.
Loyal Bank - 1700 dollars. Opening period is 10 business days. The account is opened remotely. Nobody needs to come over to the bank.

For the account opening for individuals:
- international passport
- a document for address confirmation (Utility bill, or an account statement, or domestic passport - English translation with the registered address page)
- bank reference (English translation)
For the corporate account opening:
- Complete package of constituent documents of the company
- Apostilled Power of Attorney, if there is one
- Business plan (drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Bank - we can offer it)
- Resolution of Board of Directors, authorizing opening of the account in the Loyal Bank and enabling the Attorney to manage this account (Resolution of the Board of Directors- we offer the form), not signed by nominal Directors
- Identity documents (ID) of the Attorney - international passport, a document for address confirmation (utility bill, or an account statement, or domestic passport - English translation with the registered address page), bank reference.
ID is needed only for those individuals, who are stated in the constituent documents of the company. If it's a nominal Director - regular colored scan copy of their passport is needed, if its not a nominal Director, Attorney, authorized person, beneficiary - than three documents, the same as or the individual identification.
After the obtainment of the documents we provide the account details to the client by electronic means within 2-4 business days.
After the first incoming transfer into account (the amount is more than the rate of the account opening) banking products ordered for the account are prepared and sent to the mailing address of the client.
Main currency of the bank is US Dollar and the cards are attached to this account, but there's an opportunity of opening of multicurrency accounts.
